<aside> 🌕 Our Theory of Change
At the core of our Theory of Change is the belief that to create change in culture, we must collectively and individually seek to make change in ourselves first.
For us to arrive at the reality that we long for, we must examine ourselves and our ways of behaving, thinking, and operating within our day-to-day and over time which contribute to the world we abhor.
When we develop our awareness of the ways we can guide our own lives toward justice and ethical self-knowledge, we are able to exercise agency in a set of systems that otherwise thrives off our inaction and shame.
This work is emotional, physical, psychological, and philosophical and so we take a multi-disciplinary approach to healing and growth practices.

Together, we are increasing our capacity to act in alignment with our needs and values.
In coursework, discussion groups, and 1:1 advising and coaching, clients complete activities that lay the groundwork for a practice of self-knowledge, accountability, awareness, and care.
Clients come away from services with a set of skills to help individuals identify and honor their limits and boundaries in ways that enable them to show up in their communities and relationships more fully and without self-sacrifice.
